Paramat Tarapan

Paramat Tarapan is a co-founder of JB AND PARTNERS LAWFIRM. He has previous experience in international consulting firms. He is specialized in tax and corporate law. His experience encompasses various fields of industry, including airline, trading, manufacturing, real estate development, asset management, and e-commerce.
He advised clients on a variety of tax matters including personal income tax, corporate income tax, value added tax, specific business tax, stamp duty and BOI tax incentives. He assisted clients in tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation. He also conducted tax due diligence for M&A projects.
His practice in corporate law includes corporate structuring, joint venture formation, corporate secretary and foreign direct investment.
